LOW Vitamin D EQUALS PAIN!

Interestingly, we know the bone and immune boosting power of Vitamin D, although there is an extensive list of other benefits that are less known.
In patient studies, RA and Vitamin D levels were correlated to pain and progression of the disease when the levels were too low.
A study published in the International Journal of Rheumatic Disease, pain scales or LANSS scores showed a negative correlation in patients with Vitamin D levels <20mg/ml. Actually, some 5.8 times a negative correlation. Furthermore, if supplemented Vitamin D to levels > 46mg/ml, there was 85% reported satisfaction.
